Testimonial on Parchment
The Testimonial on Parchment is awarded to people who've run some risk in saving someone else, though perhaps for a fairly short period of time.We've retained the traditional name of the award, but the certificate we use today is made of good quality card and not actually of parchment.
The certificate is hand-inscribed by a professional calligrapher, giving an outline of
the brave deed leading to the award.
